Our courier only picks up during workdays, please do not choose stats holidays or the weekend as your return day.

After scheduling your SNOO pick up day, please contiue with return procedure for instructions on how to pack the SNOO for return and locating the return label. This is the safest way to transport the bassinet to prevent any damage during return shipping. Failure to follow our return procedure may result in additional charges if the SNOO is damaged during transport.
